WHO: MPB Resale Shop

WHY:  Opening its doors around 1960, the MPB Resale Shop has been known by several names; St. Martin’s Attic, MPB Outreach, and even the Boutique. But its mission has remained the same being good stewards of the donations given and ensuring all those who enter its doors to be recognized with dignity.

HOW:  The Resale Shop relies on donations from parishioners and the local community. These donations are then sorted and marked for resale by dedicated volunteers.  Profits from the resale are generally donated to the local, state, and international community. There is a dignity in caring for oneself and family, but at times this can be overwhelming. The Resale Shop gives without question, in the spirit of generosity, hospitality and welcome     items that are perceived to be necessary to those experiencing hardships.

WHERE: The Resale Shop is located in the basement of Most Precious Blood Catholic Church and is operated by volunteers from the parish and local community members, and is overseen by the Most Precious Blood’s Parish Council of Catholic Women.

WHEN:  It is open on Wednesdays from 9-4 pm. If there is no school due to weather the Resale Shop is closed. If there is a two hour delay the Resale Shop will open at 10:00 am.
