Annual Report July 2013-June 2014

Are you interested in learning more about your Catholic faith? Does your faith life need a jump start?  Does there seem to be something missing in your life?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, I would like to invite you to Cursillo. I am confident this weekend will change your life as it has mine.
What is Cursillo?   Cursillo (pronounced kur-see-yo) is a Spanish word meaning "little" or "short course". It begins on a Thursday evening and ends the following Sunday night. During those three days those attending live and work together listening to talks given by priests, religious and laity. They share the Eucharist and pray together.
Men and women each have separate weekends. The Men's weekend is on October 9-12 at MPB.  The Women's weekend is on November 6-9  at Sacred Heart, Appleton. If you are interested in learning more contact Jim or Kristin Russell (920)450-3632.

Formation in Prayer and Holiness: Teach My People to Pray
“Teach My People to Pray’ is Bishop David Ricken’s pastoral reflection for Phase 1 of Disciples on the Way: Prayer and Holiness. “The call of these first two years is to put first things first, which is all about establishing priorities, centered around God; especially in our time, our talent and our treasure, our prayer, our service, and our sharing.  I would like to invite all the faithful in the Diocese to take the next step in deepening our prayer lives,” Bishop Ricken notes. To read "A Pastoral Reflection: Teach My People to Pray",
